Rebecca E. McCoy, CPA is a consultant to landowners, non-profit and governmental entities in using conservation easements and land donations to preserve land on Virginia’s Middle Peninsula. Her practice centers on estate and income tax planning for individuals and the use of long-term charitable gifting programs to maximize tax benefits.

J. Brooke Spotswood, Esq., practices estate and business planning law and maintains offices in Gloucester and Mathews, Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Richmond Law School. He has written and lectured on various legal issues and co-authored the material on unclaimed property compliance for the Commerce Clearing House.

Estie Thomas, from the Virginia Outdoors Foundation covers the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula. VOF is the largest single holder of conservation easements in the state.
